Buxton Leadership Programme

The Buxton Leadership Programme is an 11-month programme for Christian graduates of all traditions interested in exploring a vocation in public life. The programme includes:

• A Westminster placement to learn how Parliament works
• A church-based community organising placement in East London

The vision is for a renewal or politics based on Relationships, Community and the Common Good. Participants are paid a London Living Wage. Rhiannon Winstanley-Sharples spoke to us about her experience of the programme at the Catholic Chaplaincy in February.
