6.30pm, Sunday 6th October: First Student Mass of term at St. Cuthbert’s Church. College reps will be meeting freshers at the colleges to show them the way to church!

6.30pm, Wednesday 9th October: First Cathsoc night of term.

Confessions from 6.30-6.55pm.
Mass at 7.00pm, followed by food and speaker.
Ending with Night Prayer, and pub for those who wish.

Dr Anna Rowlands is St Hilda Associate Professor of Catholic Social Thought & Practice in Durham University’s Department of Theology & Religion, and she will speak on ‘Catholic Social Teaching as a guide for our times.’ Have you heard of Catholic Social Teaching? Are you wondering about how to live out your faith at university? This talk will challenge and inspire you. You may have heard Dr Rowlands on ‘Thought for the Day,’ or read her in The Tablet – now you can meet her.
