The Catholic Chaplaincy is not just for students, but exists for the whole of the academic community in Durham, including the University’s staff.

Many Catholic members of staff are active members of St Cuthbert’s Parish, whether attending the Chaplaincy Mass on Sunday evenings at 6:30pm or the more Parish-oriented Mass at 10:00am. Staff living in other parishes sometimes attend their own parish on Sunday, but might come to liturgy or other Chaplaincy events during the week.

If you are a member of staff at Durham University – Catholic or not – you will find a warm welcome at the Chaplaincy; do not hesitate to get in touch if there is anything we can help with.
